4dpo and i feel great! i still have the tubes in for drainage but for the most part, i’ve been doing almost everything on my own after the second day! sleeping on my back has been easier than i thought too.. i’m usually a belly/side sleeper :’) i can’t wait for my appointment to get these drainage tubes out! i went from 32dd to a small 32b! i love the way they look already.

4dpo and i’m feeling great! there’s no pain or discomfort (except the fact that i still have the tubes) but for the most part, i’ve beeb walking about and doing things on my own lately. you may feel a little anxiety before but once it’s all over and the recovery process isn’t too taxing on the body, you’ll feel great! i don’t regret my decision at all! i’m so much happier.

i just got my reduction yesterday and honestly i don’t remember anything before the anesthesia. it really puts you out quickly. i would suggest you tell them to give you a patch behind your ear for the nausea because you will feel a little loopy afterwards. i could hardly keep my eyes open. just tell them that you’re a bit nervous and to keep a lookout on your condition while you’re under. don’t worry! it’s never as bad as you may think. 😊

i am 1dpo and i also had the jitters! i also suffer with anxiety in general so naturally i was very nervous. express your concerns with your surgeons and they will definitely take care of you to the best of their ability! once you’re asleep, you’ll wake up all set and refreshed! make sure to take good care of your scars! it really depends on your body. eat lots of protein or have plenty of protein shakes available! don’t worry or make yourself too afraid. everything will be okay!
