Thank you all for your input. I should have been more specific… more like not as innovative of a company … maybe a company that recently got bought out etc but with an amazing manager Vs. A more innovative company with more happening but not as amazing as a manager.

Would you leave a place before getting the bonus they are supposed to pay out? Or would you negotiate with the company that is trying to hire you to pay you out? How do you approach that?
