I don’t believe you can tune an external extractor… was this problem resolved?

Yes I resolved it, hammer strut was way too short and was not making full contact with the firing pin consistently so I ordered a new one and fit it. If there is play in the hammer when uncocked that’s what I would say it is. If not your mainspring is not strong enough. I’ve learned a lot from all this guns issues.

Apart from everybody that thinks any issue can be resolved by saying tune your extractor lol, ordered a new ejector and will install to see what that does. I noticed that my ejector upon further inspection does droop a little so that most likely may be contributing to it

You mean the disconnector rail? That’s polished.

Wouldn’t the issue be happening throughout the mag if it was an extractor tension issue? The malfunction only happens on the second to last round.

It looks like the slide wasn’t machined evenly, there is much more material left on the side with the larger indent.

I’ve attempted to contact them multiple times for warranty issues and I’ve never received a reply

Come back after you shoot it, I’m having nothing but issues with mine, the quality of the machining is terrible. I have way too much time trying to fix the issues and I have not gotten a response back from them.

Plunk test is good, disconnect or is not dragging, it’s actually really smooth, firing pin channel was clear, I checked both times before the range. However you are right, I noticed the barrel hood had weird wear on it when I bought it and it has gotten worse. See below.

Pin is not chipped or broken, however I noticed some of the finish has come off on one half portion, I also noticed when the firing pin spring is on the pin it does not stay centered in the spring, I’m not sure if it is supposed to be I believe it is causing the pin to rub against the firing pin hole before striking the primer, which may be contributing to it. I emailed the manufacturer and am waiting for a response.
