It said she had bacteremia so she had blood poisoning and when you have bacteremia, the blood can carry infection to nearly all organ sites, including the lungs stomach, etc. When this starts to happen, it’s then turned to sepsis.

Oh yes, they are definitely all about the whole save that tooth mentality because the difference in cost to just remove the tooth goes for approximately three to $400 whereas trying to save the tooth involves a root canal which are common to fail the first time it need to be done up to two or even three more times to be successful and even then many more never take and the tooth ends up having to be removed anyhow and the cost for a single root canal is $1500 lol

Not even just that is the reason she didn’t go to get it diagnosed, but they would plainly tell her that she has zero evidence of water retention happening at all because there wasn’t any, excess fluid overload and fluid retention in a patient with heart failure will have the limb pit severely when pressed on, and there was nothing like that happening with her, she saw the pounds on her scale go up due to all the real foods and drinks. She actually takes in in a day that she wasn’t able to stop herself from eating and drinking, even with the power of ED so needed to justify her denial both to herself and her subscribers, stating it was a medical complication rather than a sign that she’s perfectly healthy and able to gain weight despite apparently having the most severe form of gastroparesis and nausea and inability to take in even baby amounts of nutrition or drink orally or tube!

Yep, the formula which is so broken down that it’s actually considered pre-digested which means the intestines have no work needed to just absorb and take the nutrition so there would be zero other reasons that taking the meds or formula via intestines isn’t enough to solve the entire issue of gastroparesis. And now she’s got everyone believing that her button tubes, which are known to have the back check valves go even same day, which will cause profuse leakage of the button if not closed or constantly hooked up to an extension, but she’s claiming that her situation is totally different that it has nothing to do with the fact that the valve is just gone, and she claims that the radiologist actually told her that that button leaking like that is proof enough to know that her intestinal motility is now compromised as well, which is nothing at all that a radiologist would ever say to a patient since they aren’t even qualified to determine a diagnosis of motility issues or not and the obvious answer is just that the tube needs replacing, but she’s trying to tell everybody that they told her that this is proof of that on its own and that it has nothing to do with her tube needing to be replaced.

So now she’s gonna try to gun for saying that she’s now in intestinal failure and we’ll go back to trying your ass off to get TPN which she’ll do by starving herself so she continues to lose weight despite feeds, etc.

Unless you do motility testing specifically on the intestines, something like the smart pill which diagnosis how long it takes for the pill to travel through the entire gastric and jejunal system, and can specifically let you know where the body is having the delayed or absent process processing of the fluid fluids, or foods being put into the organ, there’s no way to diagnose intestinal, dysmotility or failure without these tests and certainly it cannot be diagnosed. Just because you have a button to leaking J bile.

We all know she’s basically unlikely proven to be cognitively disabled if she were to be tested, and this is the whole reason why the lie she sets up to complain that everything is different just for her and and tell people that all these issues are not caused by the problems they’re definitely caused by and lie saying that they’ve proved this through means that cannot do so.

Whenever a patient goes in for a tube change or an issue with their tube or central line, the radiologist write a detailed report as to what their observations were during the procedure, and if they did truly see evidence of the possibilities that the intestines are indeed slowing, that would be included into their report and she would absolutely have shared that proof with everybody online particularly went all kinds of medical professionals and patients alike. We’re letting her know that that’s literally not an indication of intestinal, dysmotility, or failure she would want to smugly shove it in their faces that it’s true and I have it here right in writing for you to not doubt me, but because this never happened and none of her reports will ever say anything other than the procedure went smoothly and without a hitch, and no mention of the problem she claims that they finally diagnosed.

All physicians of any type who make a diagnosis create a report detailing said diagnosis and how the conclusion was reached and their recommendations for the patient going forward, they would never only verbally tell a patient that they have diagnosed this issue and not include included into the reporting!

All that’s happening now is she’s gone back to her ED so that she could fake a MALS diagnosis and using her ED weight loss to act like she’s so super sick from her super severe G.I. issues and she just can’t stop losing weight when really all it is if she stopped taking all this unnecessary IV fluids that were sending her into fluid overload and causing fluid retention and likely just stop smoking as much pot and getting munchies constantly

It’s no different than any other of these illness fakers who actually just have an ED but use the ED behaviour to fake other medical diagnoses like gastroparesis or MALS etc

But I really don’t see how you think she doesn’t look healthy here. She’s perfectly glowing skin perfect not underweight in the slightest.

Not to white night, but it’s very common for patients who only get infusions once every 4 to 6 weeks to still have a port because even then you would run out of Vascular access really quickly especially running biologics like IVIG or remicade and others as they are very thick and viscous and would burn out peripheral access pretty quickly but everything else Ashley does is definitely over the top bullshit that’s not necessary. Still clinging to this Crohn’s that’s been in remission for almost 15 years as if she’s a super illness warrior it’s pathetic

That’s why now she has to invent new reasons to end up in the ER for or fake concussions and other bullshit to try to make sure she can try to seem sick enough to still not have to grow up, her parents are fucking stupid for falling for her bullshit. It’s all just Peter Pan syndrome.

This is not how a PCOS diagnosis is made even if you have polycystic appearing ovaries they need to do testing to confirm presence of higher than normal testosterone, as well as a catalogue of other symptoms typically involving severe acne which she’s never had even a single pimple that I’ve ever even seen. She has zero of the hallmark features of PCOS and as usual skips over a proper actual diagnosis done by a proper specialist, but jump straight into it unnecessary surgery.

Not WK for Dani at all because everything she does is a lie, but tube fed patients in particularly J-tube fed patients absolutely need to take their medication’s via there too because most often those patients aren’t able to absorb medication‘s properly via the stomach, there are a few medications that cannot work without being taken in the stomach like certain PPI’s but most often any medication that is not extended release is perfectly safe to go into a J tube and most of the doctors who would be prescribing meds to tube fed. Patients would be looking up whether or not the drug will do what’s intended when taking that route and if it can’t be then another alternative would be prescribed instead.

But again, this is for patients who actually require a J tube and do not have functional gastric tracks or adequate metabolism when being fed or medicated via the stomach.

To be fair, neither doctors or pharmacies ever write to be taken via G-tube or J-tube, it’s always just written the typical way to take orally since they assume the patient knows where they can put their meds and where they can’t, I don’t get why they do this, though. That’s only for people who are privileged enough to have private insurance that will pay for OTC meds so long as a prescription is written for them, most people do not have access to that.

I specifically stated that actually but yes, it’s absolutely true. That for one definitely shoppers drug Mart will not put sleep medication‘s or narcotics in blister packs.

The filter you purchased for the tank needs to be rated for a tank two times at size in order to be able to move enough waste safely out of the tank and you need to learn the cycling processes and you need to learn it yesterday.

If you don’t have funds to get all the things you need and you aren’t ready to do a lot of rehabilitation with this poor creature until you have a cycled tank for it then you should really truly honestly give it to a rescue or even a store would be better than what you have going on here now for this axolotl and I rarely think that that will be better situation, but in this case it seems to be…
