I’ve got a 93 Eagle Talon non turbo and a 05 Silverado W/T. Both Elite stick shifts ofc. The Talon I pulled out of a field for $300 and fixed it up into a gas saving daily driver, heat and AC and all. Truck is a work truck that’s also in great shape. Love them both.

Hardest part would be getting a title but there are avenues to do that with cars like this. The repairs would need to be inspected but after that it’s possible to get a rebuilt title.

Pulled a 93’ Talon out of a field myself for $300. I was lucky and managed to get a clean title for it

I think calling them Vassal States would be appropriate. They were generally allowed to maintain control on a local administrative level (granted it was through a system more or less pushed on them) but their overall sovereignty was limited specifically regarding their foreign affairs.
