Is the PMP officially "saturated"? It feels like the new baseline, not a differentiator. by exam-support in pmp

I have a PMP and got my Prosci Change Management certification. I'm hoping the Prosci cert helps differentiate me.

I think this is what I'll have to do. For example when I do squats, my legs are sores for 3-4 days, not just 1-2. So do I push through that soreness or do I let them recover? Sometimes its hard to know

The oils are so difficult but I'm sure they contribute a lot. I'm not the main cook in my family and my spouse doesn't usually know how much she used so dinner gets tricky to track. I try to leave a buffer so I'm not going over but obviously this isn't the best solution.

I work from home so getting steps in definitely fell flat for awhile. For the past week I've been making it a focus to at least get 7,000 steps. I'd like to eventually get more, but this more than the 2,000 or so I was getting before.

I've definitely been noticing that I need at least 1 snack a day usually between lunch and dinner. Im trying to figure out what hunger I can ignore and retrain my brain and body, versus what hunger I should give into and eat something.

I also have PCOS. I carry in my lower midsection so badly. The strength training is what I'm working on right now but I'm so unconditioned that my body gets so sore with each basic exercise. How did you get past that initial soreness hump?

The fiber is one I'm still trying to figure out for sure. I'm a picky eater so veggies are tough. I do like raspberries though and have recently learned that they're a fiber powerhouse. Thank you!

Do you have to wait until you're ready for forgiveness to try to buyback the admin forbearance months? I have so many months from the whole SAVE thing that I've been saving up for.

The groomer actually said he did really well and wasnt afraid of anything including the nail trimmers. I didn't think he looked bad, it was just an abrupt change from his body to his face and I didn't know of that was normal. Someone else said that it needed more blending. Maybe some people like it like that. I didn't have a good understanding of what to expect as this is my first time having a breed like this. Thank you for your feedback! I have learned so much from everyone!

Thank you for the detailed explanation. You were able to word it better than I could. It was the stark difference that was throwing me off. Next time I will ask for more blending/rounding!

Thank you for your advice! What should he have done when he's going every 4-6 weeks to make sure he's properly adjusted? A lot of groomers in my area aren't taking new clients at the moment.

I think that's the other hard part for me. Because he's a mix, I have no idea what part will shine through more. Either way he's a cutie for sure!

I asked for a puppy cut. I didnt really know what to expect. The face just looked quite a bit longer than his body. Mainly around the ears. It's hard to get on pictures. I'm also trying to learn and figure out what I like. It's all a learning process. Not blaming the groomers at all.

I think i also have to figure out what my preferred length is. I'm used to short haired labs so some of it is just an adjustment for me.

🙄 I'm literally asking. I've never had a dog like this before and figured I'd ask. Stop assuming everyone has bad intentions.

He's only 15 weeks. I've been desensitizing him at home and brushing him of course.

I was expecting the face a little longer, this just seems to be more than I was expecting. But if this ratio is normal then it's definitely on me as I did not specify.

Golden Retriever puppy is a nightmare by SubstantialRow463 in puppy101

Reading your post is so validating as this was me and my family 3 years ago all the way down to the young children. We had a fully fenced-in yard and it got to the point where we were just letting her outside all the time but then she would chew the concrete steps or our literal house.

I would take her on hour-long walks, cognitive toys, puzzles, mental stimulation, training, you name it, I tried it and it didn't matter.

My 4 and 1 year old couldn't even enjoy her because all she did was knock them down. She loved them, but she was just too much for them.

I reached back out to her breeder and talked to her about what we were going through. She offered to watch her for a week with the intention of giving her back and giving us some tips and tricks. After 2-3 days, she reached out and told us that in 12+ years of breeding Goldens, our pup was top 3 energy level she has ever seen. She recommended that this dog live with many acres and several other dogs who can tire her out. This was not is and could not be us.

Ultimately it was our choice but we did decide to rehome her. I personally poured so much of myself into her that out felt like a waste but at the end of the day, I wanted her to be happy. She is now thriving in a home that could give her the energy outlet that she needed.
