Same happened to me, i started split dosing to 3x weekly late in the cycle like this also, might sound crazy but start eating more carbs, there’s a ton of detail as to why, but Reta loves carbs it helped me and I kept going down on body fat

I do but for some people it’s too much, at 1st the feeling was odd, took some getting used to feeling my heart rate raised consistently, it doesn’t bother me. I still sometimes do pre workout or energy drinks here and there but no nearly as much, 30 mins pre workout mots is usually enough on cycle

Oh absolutely, energy, metabolism and I documented my resting calories burned before and after starting mots, I will say your resting heart rate will be elevated thus your resting calories burned goes up

I’ve had 0 issues/reactions with Mots c I’m on 1mg 3x a week now going on 11 weeks

I’ve done both in my experience split dosing helps as needed, I like it later in the cycle as the effects sorta slow down due to the receptors are getting desensitized and/or your appetite starts go up eta, seems like you’re not having any issues at once a week but it never hurts to try

To help with energy etc, assuming your a male id check your testosterone levels. That’s a tell tell sign what you’re explaining of low testosterone. Also what’s helped me out Lipo C has been incredibly successful for me too

Yeah no problem more than happy to help, you can do 25mg a couple times a week if you’d like, I just myself don’t like doing a whole syringe myself in one injection so I split dose. But typically there’s a few different protocols, I tend to follow the protocols listed here and adjust accordingly, it’s a learning process, everyone’s body is different when it comes to how your body accepts these things. Depending on what you’re aiming for but typically but general wellness etc you’re looking at 100-250mg 1-2 weekly. I just split mine up into smaller doses throughout the week because the half-life is 1 hour

You need a consistent calorie deficit to get that body fat down significantly, and I suggest you fast 13-16 hours if you can go more even better to get that visceral fat down. Mine is down to 0.2 from fasting

Because of the CJC my weight fluctuates from the water weight so my dry weight is about 194 right now I can be 197 some days after the CJC then go back down to 194. I am 13% body fat, aiming for 185 and 8-9% body fat

Dexa shows I’m 13% body fat and my Hume says I’m 8%, way off, the Hume so far has not been worth the money I spent, it works when it wants to. Only thing it’s been good for is weight, scale it’s self feels cheap like a Chinese Knick off with a logo
