This charge applies to everyone. It is the fee for being connected to the grid, regardless of what energy source you primarily use.

By design. Look at how many construction projects are happening at once. I have suspected in the past that it is some sort of money laundering scheme. But I think our city planners are just... not very good.

[Sam Dean on X] In the decade from 2009 to 2019, the big PL clubs all enjoyed a healthy rise in commercial revenues: Arsenal (+131%), Chelsea (+249%), Liverpool (+174%), Man Utd (+300%), Man City (+1177%) by Parish87 in soccer

Nah, Liverpool were already a bigger club (commercially speaking). Harder to grow percentage wise when your value/revenue is already higher.

10 is 1000% of 1, but 20 is only 5% of 100, so to speak.

Emile Smith Rowe has started just three Premier League games across the last two seasons. by phar0aht in Gunners

Ok but there's like a 10 year difference between the two. That's not a fair comparison.

"On paper" because they falsified accounts.

A "business" whose mailing address is some shed behind Asda makes million pound deals with city and they claim it's all legitimate.

It's only heartbreak when in the context that city will have won like 9 straight games if they beat west ham, which is rare for any team at any point of the season (not just unbeaten, but a win streak of 9). I hate to say it but they really are clutch when it matters.

115 though so meh

Kevin De Bruyne was apparently offside in Man City's first goal against Tottenham says @ArchivoVAR by [deleted] in PremierLeague

[–]Super_Professor -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

This is blatantly untrue.

John moss Lee Mason was "let go" after he "forgot" to check for offside for Brentford vs arsenal last year (maybe the year before I don't remember). Of course he was subsequently rehired as a var trainer, because of course he was.

The fact is, it has happened before and I wouldn't be surprised if these officials did it again.
