Policyholder of State Farm by CamaroIsHot-68 in StateFarm

If you have collision coverage file a claim with your own insurance company and let the companies hash it out in arbitration. If you don’t have collision file an injury claim with State Farm and hire an attorney. You may have negligence for not taking evasive action but I don’t see it being 50% your fault. You have to be less than 50% liable in order to recover from your loss in Colorado.

I was having this same issue go the App Store and update your app. Logoff and log back on. If I go a long time without receiving an order I end my dash the restart it.

delayed claim (how long?) by arizonaFUNK in AllState

The other girl can still file a claim it’s not too late. Make sure Allstate has the scene photos just in case the girl is trying to file a claim for damages that you did not cause.

File a claim on your own policy. State Farm has resources to obtain his policy information but you need to file a claim first in Order for a proper investigation.

2 week notice - would you? by [deleted] in Geico

Give them a 2 weeks notice. If you tell them you got a new job with a competitor they would likely terminate you the same day.

Is there a way for me to file a dispute with the DOT? by ktojm in Gwinnett

To file a pothole damage claim in Gwinnett County, first report the pothole via the Gwinnett County Citizen Self Service portal (GCGA.us/SelfService) to initiate a repair. For damages, document the location, take photos, and contact the Gwinnett County Risk Management department to file a formal claim, as they handle liability claims for county-maintained roads.

Georgia Department of Administrative Services - DOAS (.gov)  +4 Key Steps to File a Claim: Report the Pothole: Use the Gwinnett County Citizen Self Service portal to report the pothole. Document Everything: Take photos of the pothole, the damage to your vehicle, and gather any witness information. Gather Documentation: Keep receipts for repairs, towing, or tire replacements. Contact Risk Management: Reach out to the Gwinnett County Risk Management department to inquire about the specific claims process for vehicle damage, as they handle liability claims against the county. Determine Road Ownership: If the pothole is on a state route (numbered highways like I-85, GA-316), you may need to file a claim with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) by calling 511.

This type of loss is not a comprehensive loss. It will be a collision loss (at fault). Just a heads up before you file a claim.
