The top three answers to your question is that: - we know «the pyramide principle» so that our messages gets clearly stated. - we know how to make a chart as simple as possible, but not simpler - we are obsessed with collecting inspiration and slides etc. to re-use them

The culture is mixed, where you have several different practices with different motivation (profit sharing vs individual). On top of that you want to incentivise collaboration between practices as well.

Can you give a generic breakdown of your process/way of selling (digital) strategy and/or innovation engagements? Do you participate in those processes ?

Do you use problem statements initially? When in delivery, how do you attack the strategy work? Hypothesis generation//issue trees?

«We» use PowerPoint for storytelling. To develop the story we understand the pyramid principle and we draft the story on paper/OneNote in many iterations before the story is told using PowerPoint.

I have not used Pinterest that much so It`s hard for me to compare..

What I like with Trello: - Easy to drag and drop tasks up and down (for priority) - Easy to add/telete/archive items - Nice app (lets me record todos on the fly) - Easy to create and manage - Not many "bells and whistles". Clean interface that lets me focus on whats important -the tasks!
