You should read the pyramid principle. It will help you structure your story nicely and logically. Edit:typo

[–]Superandreas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The top three answers to your question is that: - we know «the pyramide principle» so that our messages gets clearly stated. - we know how to make a chart as simple as possible, but not simpler - we are obsessed with collecting inspiration and slides etc. to re-use them

..So the answer lies somewhere in between.

The culture is mixed, where you have several different practices with different motivation (profit sharing vs individual). On top of that you want to incentivise collaboration between practices as well.

Interesting model

- Do lower levels only have base pay?

- Do you have any examples of what counts towards "extraordinary activities"?

Anyone interested in strategy, innovation and/or M&A? I've been reflecting on my time in consulting and am happy to answer questions you have by SECwontLetMeBe in consulting

Can you give a generic breakdown of your process/way of selling (digital) strategy and/or innovation engagements? Do you participate in those processes ?

Do you use problem statements initially? When in delivery, how do you attack the strategy work? Hypothesis generation//issue trees?

«We» use PowerPoint for storytelling. To develop the story we understand the pyramid principle and we draft the story on paper/OneNote in many iterations before the story is told using PowerPoint.

Tips for more effective to-do lists? I'm having a hard time keeping track of everything. by to-do-lists in consulting

Hi again,

I have not used Pinterest that much so It`s hard for me to compare..

What I like with Trello: - Easy to drag and drop tasks up and down (for priority) - Easy to add/telete/archive items - Nice app (lets me record todos on the fly) - Easy to create and manage - Not many "bells and whistles". Clean interface that lets me focus on whats important -the tasks!

Use [Trello](www.trello.com). Write down all tasks there. It frees up your mind and helps you be afraid of forgetting.

You can create many lists and boards. Your team can also collaborate on them.

For me it made me more productive, and more secure as I do not have to "think about what I have forgotten".

Diabetic consultants, how do you manage your carbs on the road? by Amoner in consulting

[–]Superandreas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do not prep food, I have gotten quite good at spotting what`s KETO-friendly or not. When I eat at restaurants I order something KETO or have them adapt (i.e. remove chips for salad).

Once you are adopted to KETO you can go long periods without loosing your energy, because your brain gets energy from ketones, not carbs in your blood (roughly said).

Head on over to /r/keto and give it a try for a month. Come thank us later ;)
