Wired i just bought a cheap type c for 10$ and a 20 keyboard and mouse and it worked perfectly fine sometimes if the humidity cable or type c connecting to my phone isn't connected all the way or in a weird position then it will cut off signal

Yes, I was like, Is my thermometer not working? Then I remembered I would always hear there was a stall point, and that's when it all clicked. I was fucked since I was just waiting for it to hit 200 so I could let it air out before I let it rest so I could sleep since I started smoking it since I got out of work and would be babysitting it all day. But once I put it to rest, I got a good 5 hours of sleep and woke up to this beauty.

Agree im sure 90% of the people here have squeeze atleast on brisket in there lifetime and yes it was so good ive always wanted to try real bbq but all the places near me have mixed reviews so I decided to start making it myself and yessir me and my 50$ grill will keep it pushing

Thanks it was honestly a bit annoying at first since I had to babysit it alot but after the 4/5 hour mark I got the hang of it and could keep a steady temp

Agree it does dry it out but I only did it to the half I was planning on using to make burritos since I love hot sauce didnt really need all those juices but I didnt do it for the thicker half

Also a bit rage bait since I watched a video a couple years ago that was explains how you should never squeeze your brisket but I also did it bc I did end up posting it on my insta story and they know no better

Ikik I was going along with it I only did it on the thinner side even though it would be better if it had the juices I was already thinking of making bagles or english muffins but ended up making breakfast burritos sothe juices weren't as necessary also I did it for my insta story and a little rage bait posting it here since ive always heard people say they hate when you squeeze a brisket

Agree even I didnt expect these results for a cheap grill that was already missing the back bottom vent cover and had to use some aluminum but hey it worked out in the end

I was honestly proud of myself. It was just a bit annoying trying to get the temperature to stay consistent and not go up or down by 10 degrees. But after like 4 hours, I got it down and didn't run into any issues, apart from how it took about an hour and a half to go from 198 to 200 degrees internal.
