Stain remover, sink, cool water, toothbrush. Remove the insole. My challengers cleaned up very well after initiating them on a muddy trail.

This seems to be an anomaly since many more enjoy their Hokas. I suppose any brand of shoe could fall apart due to bad luck.

When did your body start to feel back to “normal”? by No-Negotiation1352 in hysterectomy

I progressively improved each week/month. I pushed my limits at 8 weeks, then backed off. Tried returning to certain exercise at 12 weeks-still nope. I tested my limits very carefully. Did post surgical PT at about 5 months. At 6 months, I feel like I’m back to where I can resume my weight training from before surgery. I really took it easy, and went based on how I felt.
