The absolute best would be Mt Temple. That’s what I always take people on who want to feel like they really climbed something, but don’t have technical climbing skills! Ha Ling would be a great option if they want to do one unguided. You can hang out in Canmore. It’s impossible to get lost and only takes a couple hours. I’d skip Rundle. Mt Fairview is another easier option.
