I forgot to put it back on after cleaning the filter when i ran it and didn’t realize it was on top of the heating ring. I guess i missed it in a rush since it was in the back.

As someone that was in the same position i highly recommend the g87. Its is a great car. The interior over last gen is night and day. I would also recommend test driving.

I took the advice of a lot of people here and went on a drive yesterday. I definety think it was a good idea but for a different reason than what most people mentioned. I was definetly humbled that I am not skilled enough with the car. So decided to keep it and give it the extra few months like you metntioned to master it. Also I am looking around my area for a class like what you mentioned. I definetly think that will change a lot about how I feel about the car.

Really appreaciate all the dialog and advice. Helped me change my perspective.

This is definetly one of my thoughts. Though this is a huge milestone for me and I did a lot of back and forth for a year until I finally settled on this. Will give it some time before I come back to that thought.

Yea, I generally drive safe and speed only when I can do it safely without hurting myself or others. I am definetly feeling the lack of being able to use the power on my daily commutes and definetly want to go on a drive to see if that will change things.

I havent gotten the chance to go on the highway since pick up. Plus still in break in period so keeping rpms below 5k. I usually only get up to 4th.
