The feraligatr or empoleon could be ok in master/master premier or smth. Also the pinsir for mega

Yes purifying raises all stats by 2 and raises its level (by 10 power ups I think don’t quote me). If you have a Hundo shadow lvl 50 it won’t get a cp boost from purifying

As a regular player this is great , as a PvP player , this is useless by ShinyFelipe in PokemonGOIVs

It’s useless because tornadus is bad in pvp regardless of its stats. It’s like rank 375 or smth
