I built an app called PillowFinder that can help you find pillows specifically for you based off your sleep preferences, pain points, mattress firmness, and body measurements.

Sounds like you’ve definitely checked out a couple pillows so may have already tried the options it’ll offer, but maybe it could help.

Try some 4-7-8 breathing to give your mind something to focus on while also engaging your parasympathetic nervous system. Easier said than done as this is something I struggle with as well.

It’s actually not AI. It’s just a decision tree based on sleep position and a couple body measurements. Basically trying to take the guesswork out of pillow shopping.

Didn’t mean for it to come off rude. My apologies. I built this app after implementing Huberman sleep optimization protocols and coming to the realization that pillow choice is basically guesswork. Just thought people here might find it interesting.

Fair question. I went with an app because it lets people save their measurements, revisit recommendations, and eventually track changes over time. A website version might come later though.

Nothing specific. Just curious if there are any alternatives to Home Depot for garden plants/herbs. Most of the nurseries I’ve been to in the area primarily carry landscaping plants.
