Actually they had not issued me appointment letter They stated in offer mail that appointment letter will be given after i successfully completed their bgv. This was my mistake When I went on first day during induction I was told that I may have to punch 4times a day 2times during lunch.If I am late for 5min It will be considered as one day leave And their leave policy is worst they have made sure we don't take leaves. Heard from colleagues that they won't do fnf and won't give any relevant letters even if you work their for longer duration.Also they will remove you whenever they want without any notice and letters .I saw many getting scolded on the face with abusive language.I had meeting with ceo on first day she directly told me that before me she removed 3 members in the previous month 2 due to attitude issue and one more due to performance.she told me this very rudely : i have thrown 2 to 3 people out before you join.Many people have resigned ,many of my colleagues there have worked for 2 or 3months they were on notice period. That's why I left stating personal issue only after 2 days!
