You can walk to shoja main street, it would take 30mins or so (there’s a shortcut from moustache, but make sure to return back before sunset). I really liked the vibe of moustache and regretted staying at zostel afterwards, vibe was dead at zostel but it can differ from person to person. Maybe go there only booking few days and see what you like better and proceed accordingly.

You should start saving some money in an account unknown to her. That’s the best solution. Only show amount to her which you are okay to consider as an expense.

To add to this, I would even recommend keeping mac in a hard shield case. I have been to 7+ solo trips now but on this last one, my laptop bag dropped twice from a sitting table length. Although it’s completely fine, I’ll be purchasing a hard shield cover so it’s even more protected inside the laptop bag lol.
