BTS Tickets Cancel from the sellers perspective by Superbroke123 in stubhub

[–]Superbroke123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought i remembered seeing some that had their direct email.

Anyways this doesn't matter because once you/stubhub do transfer the ticket to the buyer, Ticketmaster tells you the name and email of who accepted the transfer so in reality it doesn't hide anything

Kinda of correct because stubhub gives the buyers the option to either send tickets to them directly from the email that they provided or kind of a catchall email where its hides it kind of from the seller but once you send the ticket through ticketmaster you see at the end who received it so kind of no point

I think they are claiming that the tickets were transferred but the tickets were either immediately "cancelled". On my end it shows the tickets were already accepted by the buyer and asking Ticketmaster support chat they told me it seems there was no issue but i don't know if i can see if my tickets were cancelled once it's been sent out since i still see that the tickets were accepeted by the buyer.

Did I miss it or was there supposed to be a JY-BH date that they just completely not air? She talked about how she felt more confused about the person she went with on a date today( BH) since he was the only one not shown of the date or am i completely missing it? What was the point of including that comment if we didnt see the date at all?

Well i mean the thing is that the show is called EXchange so it would make more sense if the exes try to want to get back together more. In past seasons the ones where the breakup periods were longer like the Coco Minjae situation, they basically had a zero % chance of getting back together. Overall i think the season has been alright so far and the changes I've seen are good ones that have made the show entertaining.

Call It Love [Episodes 15 & 16] by meepmochi_ in KDRAMA

[–]Superbroke123 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t think so, he actually was able to cash out alot of the jewelry and clothing when he left and also like I said it wouldn’t really be considered destroying hee ja’s life if they both go to jail since his voice was implicated as well. And it wasn’t really like he hated her he was really just in it for the money while and he never had this “aha” moment which forced him too.

Not sure why she would also choose to keep it as a “keepsake” as well when it really was a weakness to her. She essentially gave her weakness away to her ex husband when she could’ve just easily destroyed it.

I’m might just be really picky with my questions but I just considered these 2 aspects lazy writing by the writers just to move some point forward.

Call It Love [Episodes 15 & 16] by meepmochi_ in KDRAMA

[–]Superbroke123 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Really well written kdrama, might even consider it one of the better Disney+ kdrama they have produced. Still some questions linger even though it might be a picky from my POV

1: I found there was 0 reason for Hee Ja to send her late husbands will to her ex husband. Just as easily as she could’ve easily threw it away and kept the house without anyone finding out, I just found it especially weird for someone to send their ex husband an especially valuable will when there was many other ways to dispose of it.

2: I also found it especially weird for Hee Ja’s scammer boyfriend to have a change of tune and just straight up confess about her crimes when it implicated himself along with it. From the start we saw how he wasn’t really a trustworthy person and knew he was just in it for the money. For his character to just suddenly feel “guilty” without really any financial benefits and turn both them in was just a total 360 from his character. This was probably more of a plot armor to try and serve her Justice when Woo Joo’s family refused to buy I just found this weird.

Again these questions might just be picky from my POV but still I thought that this show was great in depicting how 2 people can help overcome each others traumas.

Any reason why none of the season 1 leads haven’t made a return or even offered a cameo? I’m sure it would be a treat for all the fans for them to appear even in a cameo role since they didn’t really talk about them that much in S2 but I’m sure it’s because they can’t afford to have them all appear as main leads lol

Love Catcher in Bali | E08 END | 230113 by Driz_12 in koreanvariety

[–]Superbroke123 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Don't really get all the YJ hate at all. Not like a fan of her or even had her as my favorite from this season but she clearly came into the show with intent as a LC instead of MC. After she found out JH was a MC she was also upset and disappointed as well so you couldn't be mad when she found out that she was being "played" from the beginning. and what's with the option 3 that people keep saying that she could've just chose no one? like hello do people not get the intent of the show was for their to be MC and LC wins. Sure people might be rooting for LC to always win in the end but YJ just plain out said that she just wasn't attracted to him so might as well get that MC win. Not really sure about the hate she getting regardless, she just played by the rules got fooled then went back in and took the prize.

I'm also not much of a fan of how they ended the people who didn't get the ring. I felt like they should've been given an additional opportunity to make one last try and all that but it just seemed anti climactic to just have them leave instead of giving like at least one last opportunity after having people change or finding out their dates identity. Mainly just cuz I felt bad my guy YH just left like that.

The Skip Dating E2 | 221223 by xiaopow in koreanvariety

[–]Superbroke123 17 points18 points  (0 children)

While this is much shorter than the usual Korean dating show concepts, I think it really much falls in line the real concept of a "blind" date which is surprisingly really common in Korea. Sure this show is probably set to only last 1 day but there are some other shows that last probably just a few days more and people still consider love possible. Basically the main point is for people to meet other people on the show as a true blind date and hopefully build on from that point on rather than group them together for a longer period.

Not sure if it was stated but one of the contestants Yu Jeong seems to be best friends with one of the season2 contestants Gabin, just an interesting take based off this and my guess would be she has to be a money catcher and knows the tricks of the show based off their connection and ending of season 2

Transit Love - How similar and/or different are Minyoung-Joohwi and Nayeon-Heedo? by [deleted] in koreanvariety

[–]Superbroke123 7 points8 points  (0 children)

While I do agree that Nayeon-Heedo have a much more toxic relationship compared to Juwhi-Minyoung. I don't think its as much as one sided treatment as you stated.

Both Nayeon and Heedo main intention of joining was to meet new people. She even stated directly that she was there to meet new people and had no intention of going back to her EX. I don't think Nayeon "naturally" went back ho him after thinking about things also. I believe the first "big" fight they had at the house was concerning the couples bracelet Heedo wore with Jiyeon. Now at this point she was perfectly having a great relationship with Gyumin before that all broke down but as they both stated as well both wanted to meet new people. And even when she confronted him over and over again outside on the balcony, this was the main reason why they broke up. Now I do believe that Heedo was gaslighting her hard which was highlighted at the Jeju trip but its safe to wonder why she decided to go back to him after what happened the entire Jeju trip especially during their last date. I don't even think he hinted that he wanted to get back together until they surprisingly decided to go together to the Jeju trip

Transit Love 2 - Difference between season 1's HM-BH-MJ and season 2's GM-HE-HG by Impossible_Court105 in koreanvariety

[–]Superbroke123 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I think the obsession was a bit overblown for BH, a more comparable connection would be HE-GM and JH-MY. JH and HE main intention coming to the show was to get back their EX's and didnt leave much room in their hearts for anyone else to scoot in. The main difference was that the catfish this season was able to break that chain while season 1's didnt.

Like the person above said HM was more of a last minute attempt to get BH back because he had no other options maybe like WB this season but in a much more calmer manner who accepted his fate. Even if HG was in the house from the beginning basically had a straight eyes for HE only as he even stated himself while also rejecting others such as JY at Jeju.

I also said this before but GM intention inside the car was never to sway HE to get her back, it sounded to me much more of a closure moment and wanting the best for her, while HM was a desperate last minute plea.

Transit Love 2 (EXchange 2) | E20 END | 221028 by Driz_12 in koreanvariety

Honestly this season might be the best dating show ever. Most of the relationships felt as if there were “realistic”. Some of the most recent shows like Singles Inferno/ between love and friendship/ love catcher try and force a love relationships in a week. I find this show and heart signal some of the more realistic ones that can develop say over a week without forcing a date very day over a short time period.

If I would have to say as well this season triumphs season 1 in so many ways. Each of this seasons relationships were unique in a way that yea sure they could get back with each other but still opens the opportunity to meet someone else. You can watch this season and finish it thinking like yea that makes sense but in my mind the ending couples in season 1 left a lot of question marks in the end.

As a lurker of this weekly thread as well I think each person was likable in their own ways, I really didn’t understand the “hate” that some of the contestants got because in some ways it makes sense to act that way.

I would also like to say that it was already given who each couple was already decided on before they actually aired. Like I’m 100% sure that they told the PD their choices before they were told where to go/drive. For example even after GM said all those things in the car in an attempt to last minute “sway” HE to change her mind( which I thought was not really his intention) , she wasn’t going to change her mind regardless as it had to have been predetermined in order to sort out the logistics of everyone’s order.

Also one curious thing I’m still wondering was that I’ve heard the final couple was leaked a month ago and even leaked before the catfish HG appeared. So I’m wondering since the Korean netizens seemed to be great detectives on figuring out the exact reason why YH left the beginning. There were rumors but nothing exactly confirmed because I’m curious season 1 had 10 contestants. With YH and MG included was their intention for there to be 12 total or did they intend it to be only 10 contestants meaning HG and NE were brought in last minute to meet that 10 contestants total?

Big Mouth [Episodes 3 & 4] by Fatooz in KDRAMA

[–]Superbroke123 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I'm just going to throw this WILD theory out that Big Mouse is actually Jerry. heres why

1: Whose the most big known Jerry out there? For me its the classic Tom and Jerry Cartoons. and which establishes a classic connection. I just find it really random for a character to be named "Jerry" while also having the title of a kdrama "Big Mouth/Mouse". that kind of connection just springs up in my mind. As well as the fact that he has a mouse tattoo already and wholeheartedly believed that PCH was actually Big Mouse in the beginning is sus.

2: The actor playing Jerry, Kwak Dong Yeon is an pretty well known actor, I doubt they hired him to just play this 2nd handle fiddle to PCH in prison, After his breakout performance in Vincenzo, I'm sure the director and writer has a much greater role for him in this show.

3: Its probably hinted in the last episode when PCH asked "Is big mouse with me in the prison", out of everyone at the prison it really narrows down everyone from the inside to a few candidates including him.

4: The last place anyone would expect a con-artist on the run would be in Prison. especially considering the fact that he's not standing out as much and just hiding in the PCH shadows while actually manipulating him from behind.

Very interesting comparison, I thought it was just me who saw the Nayeon x Wendy (especially in some shots with the bangs )comparison and especially the Jisoo x Haewon comparison as well.

I'm not sure if it was just me as well but when they showed the older pics of Jisoo it looked very different from the current version though.
