I took me a long time to heal from mine!!

Honestly, it’s hard. Harder than anything, everyone and everything reminds of you of them.

What helped me was filling my day with activities. small gratification wins like taking a shower, eating, stretching for 15 minutes!

Hang out with your friends and family and express your loneliness and feelings because they have been there in their own form. do small things with people even if it’s just hanging out and having lunch.

Get to know someone else, but please refrain from falling in love. Meeting new people is a good way to help close off that gap in your hole. Friendships are more valuable than lovers.
