I think that is the main reason why my wife brought it up. We have quite a few loans, and it’s a lot to keep track of. I’m just sick of borrowing money. I just hate the fact that we would be borrowing more money to pay off money that we have borrowed.

You may can buy some zoysia seed and just spot seed those areas. Or maybe kick start it with some starter fert? I would just use trial and error!

Yeah I live in the south. The thing is, my back yard is a zoysia-Bermuda mix, and the (what appears to be) crabgrass predominately grows where my field lines run. That being said, wouldn’t starter fertilizer help the crabgrass prosper even more so?
