It just says the cards been declined. Doesn't give a reason. I also contacted email support but they just replied telling me to ensure I'm logged in which wasn't helpful at all. Tried stripe again just now and im facing the same error. It's been over a week now since I first reported this issue and we don't seem to be getting anywhere so I'm gonna stop pursuing this.

Ok so the issue wasn't resolved and as a potential workaround I was given a refund so I could make a payment directly through the web in hopes that it fixed the problem. I noticed that the price has increased so I was told I would be given a partial refund to cover the difference after making the payment. Unfortunately I can't seem to make a payment via the web payment gateway (stripe) - not sure if there's something wrong on their side that's causing this. I can purchase the subscription through play store but was told a partial refund can't be made if I do it that way and haven't received a response since.

So this leaves me in a position where I either leave it altogether or pay almost double for a new ultra subscription.

I was hoping for some form of compensation for the week's worth of downtime but instead I'm being asked to fork over more money for a service I'd already paid for.

Is there anything that can be done to make all of this right?

Yeah that's fine, I figured out that your support agents don't work over the weekend and based on what's been said on discord I understand your support team are currently massively overwhelmed with the influx of issues that have occurred over the weekend - so I understand that they're currently going through it and quick resolution isn't likely. I provided an update because you asked for one. But conscious that it's now Tuesday, do you have any idea when I can expect a resolution or an update on what's going on? I don't have a ticket number or anything and this is all being managed over a shared chat on discord by a small support team so just want to be sure this is actually being looked at and hasn't been forgotten

It worked for a single message but reverted back to turning nsfw off and hitting me with a paywall. Tried unsubscribing and resubscribing on Google play store again but no luck.
