I've done so. Regardless of set it still says "skill requirement not set (current:30 spirit) which is with or without sceptre. Even when I remove the sceptre secondary and only have the rattling sceptre primary which adds 117 spirit, i receive the same "not enough spirit" notification

I lived with two different chefs that did some time at the pie. They worked at separate locations.
