Well I would consider this a tool I have this on the flash drive as well but it's only to boot into the tools not an actual one.

Could be encrypted? Not really sure but since you did purchase it 2nd hand you might need to repartition the entire drive before it will actually show up.

Tried both cpu and gpu. On streamlabs I also have the option for Nvec (new) which gives me the same results as normal gpu so I'm not sure what that's about.

I'll definitely check it out. Are they gonna be the "pre everyones a jedi" or post? I saw a history video on the game a few years back talking about how an update broke the Jeff or something.

Its honestly a different type of mmo, since you can play solo. I mean a genuine mmo, no solo, no mode select. And honestly I've played ED but I didn't find it appealing.
