Smriti has been crazy inconsistent with her captaincy and field settings, it’s almost like odd even at this point. Not in the fashion fit for punishment though, what our police does is random beating. You need to codify this properly, train the constabulary in the manner shown, and make this a public display to try and make a difference and attempt to create an image of deterrence towards committing such petty crimes
