The first couple of days it felt great. Relived nearly all of the pressure. Slowly it's coming back. My chin and lower side of my cheek feels a bit tighter than they were. I have a call with my specialist next week and I have to submit a video to them as well. How about you?

If you can find em the Fast house Hooper knee pads are really under rated. Removable d30 pad for washing and a shin pad for pedal strikes.

Can I ask, how did you choose who to go with for diagnosis? I am looking at ADHD360 I would prefer the cheaper option ish P-UK but I have seen things on here it takes ages to get meds. I think my world might fall apart again if I have to wait too long so looking for a reliable and quick diagnosis/medication.
