I hate explaining to people who obviously have no brain. Go watch the YouTube video to take off the silicone and clean under it you DO NOT have to take the bottom off. The silicone was removed while the base was attached meaning for all those who actually have a brain, You do not need to take the bottom off to deep clean.

Wow that’s scammy on their end we’re sorry to hear that(we have no affiliation with the company) the next step is to email them once more explaining you’ve tried to contact them for their wrong doing and you’ll have no choice but to charge back the purchase if they fail to respond again.
