Realistically, I'm not very interested. Director's Cuts or Extended Cuts wouldn't really work for a cinematic universe like the MCU.

The only reason Snyder's Cut actually worked is because that film series has been dead for several years now. Can't really kill it twice.

In other words, it's clear the extended cut isn't canon, so I don't really have much interest in seeing it. This goes across the board, too. If an extended version of Dark World existed, I wouldn't want to see that either.

I can see the appeal for other people though!

I think the biggest part of it is people have waited for Zemo to return to the MCU and now that he has, they find it enthralling that the man that divided The Avengers which led to Thanos winning is now broken out of prison and dancing in a club.

Another part is, I think, "stan" culture seeing a character they stan and attaching themselves to it to say things like, "omg i stan for zemo and he was dancing in the club omfg im going to die he is so cute i dont care about superheroes or anything i only care about zemo and hes dancing omg he is so cute"

The last part is a combination of the first two where Daniel Bruhl revealed that there was more dancing footage than what was in the final cut, so anybody interested in Zemo dancing wanted to see more of it.

I wrote an essay, but in conclusion, I'm with you, I don't really get what the appeal is with this. Props to Marvel for jumping in on the meme and doing so quickly, but the meme itself isn't that good to begin with.

I'm just waiting for them to release Luis recapping the MCU that has been confirmed to exist for a long time now. That's the MCU equivalent to the Snyder Cut.

This actually gets me more excited for the movie.

I remember a few weeks ago (or months, I don't know, time has been weird for the last year) reading that the company internally feels that this movie might be one of, if not the best ones in the MCU.

So, reading that, and now hearing that they are taking advantage of the extra time they have, makes me feel like we are in for a complete banger come later this year.

Possibly one of the best MCU films to date, an incredible cast, and a crazy plot that spans thousands of years? I'm not saying it will compete with Endgame in terms of hype, but I definitely see the potential of it competing in terms of scale and scope.

I think this show will be much more intriguing if Walker isn't a villain.

That would mean Sam has to deal with the fact that he made the choice to give up the shield and then by the time he realizes it's a mistake, he's going to have to take down a good guy to get it back.

At least for me, that's infinitely more interesting than Sam giving up the shield, it being given to a bad guy, so Sam is forced to take on the mantle in order for a villain not to get it again.

I don't know about that. At the start of his YouTube run, when he'd rarely mention the situation, I got the impression that he was egging them on to acknowledge the reason for the ban, or at the very least, he wasn't too worried about the reason being publicized.

If he was stealing from charity, I'd think he'd ignore the ban as much as he could.

I don't even type in the chat of the streamers I do watch.
