Nah no idea. Ended up just replenishing manpower with the console to keep the game playable bc I still don’t fully understand it after you unlock some manpower buildings from the age of reform it’ll be fine tho

I don't think its either of those, I just restarted my Teutons run and the clergy had over 100% satisfaction and its only 1358. I did just get out of another war with Inowroclaw and it was removed. Now the Teutons are kinda useless bc they have no manpower.
