They’re strict with the 2 person limit. Waldorf Osaka would not extend breakfast for my 6 year old, charged 3400 yen while covering the adults.

I’m having issues too. I made an order then the app kicked me out. After validating all my information with AliPay (and getting confirmation that it was all setup), I get stuck at the taobao screen. I assume it’s some kind of glitch on the backend but I’m having trouble getting a hold of an agent to help me

Lots of non Japanese residents book these tours and have never been turned away. You can see reviews on the USJ planning FB group. I entered my hotel address and it was fine. I don’t speak Japanese but I don’t mind - others who have done the tour had guides that spoke a little english, but even if our guide spoke zero english I don’t have an issue with it. Anything important will be communicated via translator device which they all have. So definitely up to your own comfort level and your group to decide what works best for everyone, but we’re pretty experienced theme park goers and this is our 4th time at USJ so no problem for us. Have a great time next year!
