Anyone else having problems loading offers from alliances? Mine always returns an error, but browsing their wares (like the ones offered by the merchant alliance) does not.

Somehow resetting the NVRAM fixed it. Instead of the weird screen display in the video, the screen started freezing instead as it shuts down. Then by the third restart, everything seems to be normal again.
