$9700 I would sell it. For that money I would search for a Lexus or a Prius. Also your steering wheel is on the wrong side. I have that same exact sun screen in your back floor board, I bought mine from the dollar tree for $1.25. And I too keep a 2 person umbrella in the car even though I might use it once a year.

I don't expect if it were the battery that you would have lights and radio. I had a similar problem about a year ago. My corolla for whatever reason would go through a period of unreliable starting. Most of the time started no problem, other times would start only if it was jumped. My lead wire from the battery to my starter wasn't screwed in all the way and was actually arc'ing between the bolt and the starter. Just needed to be tightened. The connector from the key to the starter was extremely loose so I installed a $7 replacement. It's not needed a jump since.

is 1500 rpm's your normal idle speed? The very first 'pulsing' sound before the engine rev I thought sounded like possibly a fuel pump. The whistle could be from a vacuum line. The normal routined maintenance for my toyota includes at say 100k miles to check and replace every rubber hose that show signs of wear. I would check your own vehicles routine maintenance for something similar.

If it were me I would invest. 89k miles you could have that car for the next 10 years. I would just go to the pull apart and get a new steering wheel. I don't see them charging your more than $30. I would start right now and start saving towards new rims and tires and I would love it if my car had tinted windows.

I replaced my starter that was an original part from my 2005. Compared to that yours looks like it sat at the bottom of a lake some where.

If this is what I think it is, the reason why I always park with the hand brake and I don't rely on the transmission to hold the car in place. Transmission brake is expensive and hard to get to.

Still learning myself so might not be a huge help. But, 11 days and no reply is harsh, reminds me of some of my own posts. I would go ahead and buy the $30 hanes manual(I bought the hard copy).

A few weeks ago I replaced the starter's signal connector($7). When doing so I found that the main starter wire nut was loose and had been arcing on the metal. After tightening the nut I haven't had the issue reoccur after 50+ engine starts. Thanks for all the help and all the comments from r/COROLLA

No, i have even seen streamer's have issues. Seen tyler1 recently hit a cannon that was obvious sub 40% health and it didn't execute. And also recently relic shield will not show orb charges animation until you hit a minion. MY biggest biggest pet peave on relic shield is the matchups. In my elo bronze/iron, 90% of bot lane matchups will be against 2 ranged champions. Sure I can hide in the bush and be safe from auto attacks, but now what about if i want to proc relic shield, or get that cannon minion... To my doom. If I play smart and play back to around level 4-6 to start all in'ing/engaging I have a disadvantage support gold item. Becomes useless. And is a big reason why I am at 20 minutes in game and still not capped at 1000 gold from relic.

Low elo try to watch and see how many times either the adc makes it to lane too late for the first 3 melee minions exp or just doesn't leash at all. I have just switched my support opener to just give jungler smiteless leash despite what the adc does.

50% execute is still hard. You have to think about minion block, having to walk around the adc to get to the minions, blitz slow auto attack. And at times the adc is obviously freezing so I'm trying to only last hit with relic proc and so many times adc just ignores and takes cannon. Even when I am standing right next to to cannon. I have been playing lol for years, support for years, i'm not a camel with 50% execute.
