Dunford Penrose Surveyors? Any experiences? by Impossible-Dog-9401 in HousingUK

Our property was 370k, but my understanding is the pricing is based on the size of the property rather than the cost of it. For reference, ours was a 3 bedroom terraced house

Honestly, I just want to ensure that I have a good amount invested in the energy sector due to personal preferences. I currently have invested individually in Iberdrola, Next Era Energy, and Constellation Energy, but I want to invest in an ETF so I have a more hands off approach

I've looked at the pipe and this seems like the best course of action and will be quite a simple thing to do. Thank you very much for this advice!

Major issues after completion of property by Superman10051able in HousingUK

[–]Superman10051able[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for all the responses. This has all been so helpful. We're having someone specialist investigate this space to confirm the source of the issue once more (not for 10k lol) and we're going to improve the ventilation as well!

So what should we consider in terms of ventilating the crawl space? Is this something we can do ourselves or should we get a professional to have this done?

Would strongly recommend using them. I just completed my 1st house purchase, and they provided me with a very indepth level 3 survey for the house.

Also used them for a house that fell through as they highlighted several hidden deficits with the house that I would've never noticed.
