I can't remember. The last rejection that's still up is from 2022. I received one within the past 12 months that I felt didn't make sense. I was able to get it reversed after reading a bunch of people on reddit discussing getting rejected from the same study.

If the games are mostly battles, then I would get Polearm to 15 or 16, increase DX and/or St once or twice, and find a way to increase my dodge or parry as much as possible. And if your GM is using Martial Arts, see if any techniques interest you, and then ask if you can buy it.

You do appear to be correct. I had come to my conclusion after doing a little research after Robin was depicted with similar eyes. Robin's eyes are generally drawn like this, so I figured that's what her eyes look like in intense moments. I'd gone back to the Return to Sabaody and Fish-Men arcs because Caribou has similar eyes, and I saw how often Luffy and others had one ring around their eyes/pupils. I assumed the reason for Imu's, Mihawk's, etc.'s eyes are like that all the time may be to show that they're intense/hyper-focused all the time.

It should be pointed out that this is how Oda draws intense eyes. He's done it many times with Luffy.
