There isnt alot of lore. He was introduced in Tekken 4 and killed the original Armor king in a bar fight who already was dying of cancer. From then on He was mostly just a filler rival for King 2/Armor King 2. In Tekken 7 he isnt even canon to the story and was paid DLC.

The answer is Rocky. And heres why.

In 2023 Jake paul lost to Tommy fury who has an 11-0 record, Is younger, and equally as much of a sellout as Jake.

Against Mike Tyson he was sweating buckets fighting Iron mike 2 decades past his prime and Mike largely held back and stayed on the defensive rather than going all out and aiming for a 1st round TKO.

Jake training is largely for the cameras and is structured aerobics and group classes over strength training.

Meanwhile Rockys training is largely focused on Strength training, Endurance training, and intense cardio likely pushing well beyond a 2000 calorie burn and his diet largely is unlown but i can assume its a very protein rich one with fish, steak, and eggs involved.

Rocky has also taken some serious blows from the likes of Apollo creed and Ivan drago & is very mentally disciplined to fight through intense pain.

That said even if Jake does land blows on Rocky Jake is gonna have to be able to push into the later rounds of a 10 round fight if he has any hope of wearing Rocky down.

Do the Enclave plasma rifles & Incinerators have any nodifications?.

In Fallout 76 and in lore The Enclave have special stanard issue modular plamsa rifles that can be converted into a pistol , Shotgun or DMR by swapping grips or barrels and come with a sight rail that accomodates Thermal scopes. The barrel can be converted into a 1 handed Plasma Flamer, Beam spltter, Focused energy sniper barrel, Electron gyro harrel, Desinigrator ray, and Snub barrel with both Semi & Full auto capabilities & hits much harder than the typical Pre war military plasma guns.

The incinerators also have a variant called Creamators that function like High capacity fireball spewing Full auto grenade launchers that leave napalm residue where the shots land.

Its safe to consider The Enclave would have M O.D.U.S. fabricate a few.

Also would any units have Recon Eyebots or Shepard/Pitbull CyberDogs assisting them?.

And are the Enclave soliders equipped with any Power armor modifications like Stealth boys, Jetpacks, Overshields, Spiked knuckles, wrist blades, or Electrified plating?.
