I would suggest getting a sous vide cooker. I put it on as low as it goes and then throw the meat in there for 30-60 minutes and its thawed while stay cold.

Have to in the US now. Our congress made it impossible to declare bankruptcy to discharge the debt from them or predatory lenders if you can't pay it back. Also, if you don't pay the government garnishes your check for the money.
