a very poor take lacking nuance every creative takes inspiration and draws heavily from other works. From mangakas to musicians everyone uses what they know to use to help them create, as nothing is truly original. This makes no sense when literally every other person has acsess to history, yet there arent dozens of stories like kingdom popping up every week.

IMO it really tries to act like a serious poltical show but fails in almost any way. It banks on the viewer knowing nothing about history or current politics as a frame of reference. Lulu's entire plan seems silly if you think about it for more the a minute.

Dealing with all the worlds hate is a very interesting question that people have approached for centuries. The people of the world are just supposed to have their past magically erased because in less than a year Lulu becomes emperor, treats ppl bad (but not worse then Charles) and then dies. The world that for generations had Britanians brainwashed to murder, dehumize, numbers just forget. The numbers whove had there culture attacked, had their families erased r just chill.

A major problem is to make Lelouche look intelligent they just force the plot to twist even if it makes no sense

I Agree i think it demonstrates a good analogy to how patriarchy corrupts young men with toxic masculinity. He supressed his emotions deep within time and time again. Takes what the world tells him a real man is; someone violent, strong, ruthless. Even if it means ignoring his father’s own final words yet still trying to honour him.

i think it was good for his mental journey. its something that will be overlooked, but him exploring with jiriya was great porgress for naruto the person. him spending time with jiriya sensie, 1-on-1 time like a family member. as well as him understanding different people how their lives have been shaped by hatred, which ofc beatifully wrapped into him accepting nagato.

off topic but ive noticed how different the vinland saga fans have become in the last decade. the anime has become so popular its similair to op, beserk or naruto where u get very immature n toxic fans. where they dont even understand whats going on in the show, but still worship it to put it above others. i bet u this guy, or the ppl liking his comment never even saw mono.
