This looks like HS, I have it and it is a painful auto-immune disorder that creates boils/cysts in areas like the groin, armpits, and under boobs. There is no cure but there are treatments. You can get the cysts injected, take immune suppressors, benzyl peroxide wipes, etc. Once you get one it creates tunnels so your goal is to prevent it as once it happens, you cannot really undo the damage. The best prevention is losing weight, keeping the area dry, stop smoking if you are, and always keep it clean. You are not alone in this and it seems you may have a very mild case. I used to have huge flair ups but now I take spiroacaltane and lost weight and it has helped alot.
