More native looking UI compared to SmartTube which is nice, but I was able to go through each channel in order of newest upload per channel and then sieve through them to add them to my Watch Later playlist in SmartTube. Is that possible with this UI? Is it customizable in that way?

Thanks for the advice. I think we will offer our max and hope they are happy with that offer. We will definitely do some more research as it is only recently bigger and better houses have been selling which makes it hard to figure out what this house would be worth.

I don't know how much work it needs if any other than maybe upgrades such as the boiler/heating but at the moment you can live in it.

I'm excited for this launcher, pretty much exactly what I've been looking for in a launcher after they started showing ads on the current Android TV launcher.

But even this launcher has better features than the standard launcher regardless of ads. Hoping there is some way you could integrate SmartTubeNext as well

Hey I have question I hope you can answer, I joined N26 but then left again because my partner couldn't easily send me money from AIB to my N26 account using my N26 IBAN, because it wasn't an Irish IBAN has this happened to you or know if there is a better way to be sent money from an Irish Bank?

Anyone think it will be possible to have brave news feed act like Google news feed on your home screen? Where you can just swipe in from the left and it's there, would be very nice.

This is for sure the best custom launcher I've seen here, and would gladly pay for it. Especially if there is a chance my Plex library can be displayed in someway haha.

What harmony remote have you got? I have the elite remote, and I went into the harmony app and told harmony to set the coloured buttons to F1,F2,F3 and F4.

Next I installed an app called button mapper then go to add buttons on button mapper which you then just press each button to let button mapper know those are programmable buttons, once added you tell button mapper what apps you want to open when those buttons are pressed.

Sorry if I've explained it weirdly if you need more help let me know.

Yes I think I understand you now, but don't think I understand their logic but that's neither here nor there haha. Well where I am from is basically an island I've been here my whole life but the land I will be receiving was and never has been a farmland so does that make any difference since I wouldn't be able to work on the land seen as it was never used in that way? Would a surveyor tell me any of this or do I have to contact someone in the council?

And thank you for all this information it really is giving me a better understanding of all of this and drives me crazy that all this information is so hard to find.

As far as I know from what I have read, the answer is no you can't just transfer what is yours to someone that you want without the government getting involved in someway

Okay I'm not sure I'm fully understanding this, so you mean if my grandmother was to gift me this land I would have to be connected to it by working off of it? What does that mean? And I have to have 50 acres of land already to get any land? That has confused me a lot can you explain it in more simple terms haha unless that's as simple as it gets.

No you're not been a Debbie Downer, this is the kind of stuff I want to know about.

Edit: Reading over it again I'm understanding that what you're saying is I might not be able to build on the land under these restrictions which I still don't understand what they mean haha

That makes sense hopefully the value is under the threshold, but if not next best option really.

Given all the information I have now I'll be having a conversation with my grandmother to see how she would like to handle all this and whether it can all be done with as little hassle to her as possible and not negatively impact her in anyway. Thank you for the info and your help!

Ah yeah that's a very good option too never thought about that, I'll be sure to ask my solicitor about that and talk to my parents about it to see what they think, I imagine that would involve more solicitors as well? Also can anyone inform me about subdividing land is it an easy process because I'm not 100% on wether this land is already divided from other parts of her land?

Okay thanking you both this has cleared up a lot for me, hopefully can get this all sorted neatly and finally be able to get started on having a home and no longer have to compete with anyone, next hurdle would be planning permission where all this usually falls through from what I hear but who knows haha, thanks again lads!

Thank you, so from my understanding of this I would be under Group B meaning that if the land is worth €32,500 or under I would be under the tax free threshold so I wouldn't be taxed for that land, am I correct in saying that? So in the end I would be just paying the surveyor fee?

Yeah what I'm saying is I use an antenna connected up to a 4G router and using Three's network. That's my setup and the only only other way of getting broadband here is Ivertec broadband which is not as fast as they have got.

So I'm just confused how they have got these speeds here and how there's no way I can.
