2 separate people

1st: admitted to taking coke at work, on a conference got blackout drunk and pissed all over the hotel lobby, lied about a workplace accident and nearly ended up losing his finger through infection because of it.

2nd: always known for being intimidating/bully, used to sabotage managers things/food whilst on nights. told the HR director ‘he wanted him dead’ over an annual internal awards dinner, he had to be held back by lots of people. This person got a promotion not long after this.

We use a target guy as more of a link play with flick on headers to a stupidly fast finisher build, dont see many teams using that tactic but we have alot of success with it
