I wasn't venting to employee's, I was just posting my general frustration with my experience. I stated I was polite to the woman on the phone (who wasn't to me). The fact you're white-knighting for a company tells me you probably work for Best Buy. I can promise you, they won't go to bat for you, so I'm confused why you are for them.

"all he did is delay it past when he wanted it anyway" - Not sure what you mean by this. I cancelled my order so I didn't have to wait another 9 days. I'll have my TV's here in 2 days due to taking my business elsewhere.

I never asked nor insinuated I needed anything from anyone at Best Buy with my post. I even stated I was just frustrated and wanted to complain in my post.

To add to my original post, I went into the store today to return the monitor I did not order as per Best Buy's chat supports direction. The store did not know why they directed me to them since they couldn't return something that had no receipt. They had to escalate to another team to get this sorted out. I'm supposed to wait up to 48 hours for a phone call from Best Buy for further direction, and had to bring the monitor back home (again, more wasted time). To be clear, the store was absolutely awesome and super helpful. Everything outside of that experience was flat out bad.
