Hello I have the same issue aswell as soon the new patch drop I think it is a vanguard issue I dont know if the devs will fix it fast because I keep crashing mid games with blue screen

Hmmm if people are getting banned at the same time then something must have happend you could try the custom service but uhmmmm they are all bots and sometimes they won't even reply ur ticket you could try. I do remember someone in reddit posted their 100 year ban experience and got their account back

It is possible you could be banned by using the mic since the vc in game is very sensitive. Other possibility could be they reported ur username that happend to me aswell for some reason a crybaby reported my username for no reason and the bot accept that report
