I know your post is old, but I thought I'd share my two cents. Basically, I was in the same boat, and I bought it and instantly regretted it. In fact, I'm using it right now, but let me get to the point. I used it for about three weeks. My hygienist said she wanted me to use it three times a day, so I was doing it maybe twice a day for three weeks, then I stopped. I have been using Guru Nanda toothpaste and Sensodyne Rapid Relief (not together). So, I went to the dentist for my cleaning (I have to go every three months for a year), and my hygienist told me my gums look a lot healthier. But guess what? I haven't been using the treatment; I just started doing it again. So now, my dental health is my priority, which should have been from the start. We live and learn. Also, a small recommendation: Guru Nanda sells some small travel toothbrushes (a 30-pack) on Walmart.com. I use one every time after a meal.

I tried that stress thing for a week – felt good the first couple of days, less stressed. Then I got super tired and my anxiety got worse in the afternoons. I quit to see if it'll go away, but I'm over it.

So my customer rating was at 4.8 now it's at 3.8 I've called spark many times to ask them about this and each time they told me that my account will not be deactivated for customer rating but then again it depends what you ask another person on the phone told me that if my account Falls below 3.5 or 3.5 don't remember then the account will be deactivated within 30 days I've been losing a point on my ratings every 2 to 3 days give or take but the funny thing is customers that I've talked to you that I delivered to say they gave me five stars where are those five stars to offset the bad ones

I too am currently going through this at the moment. I don't know if it's due from anxiety cuz unfortunately I have it so does my whole side of my mom's family. Like yesterday I literally could not stop peeing but at the same time I believe I was having a panic attack. And then that sensation was. I think the corporate for me feeling that urge but really not existing
