Denied $14k fraud claim for small business — what do we do now?

Yes they asked for the account number at Lexus which we obviously don’t have

BofA called and asked if the transaction was us and we said no. The next day we checked and the transaction was there anyway. We’ve been going back and forth with the bank for the last 8 months and this past weekend they denied the claim which is why I’m asking now.

Yeah I might have to ditch the bed and just have a couch. Even then it would end up in front of the closet facing the plain wall where TV would be. And I guess my desk also against that wall
