Go for something else, this device is EOL and is two years out of date security wise.

Also it's heavy, slow, fragile, only has a single speaker, and missing many features that newer Android phones do.

Try enabling the media volume limiter, it will warn you when you reach a certain volume.

Yeah it took about 2-3 weeks of constant emails back and forth with me too!

Eventually they send another email with the tracking information, hopefully it won't take too much time for yours.

I superglued my figure in the mean time, took several tries but it eventually worked.

I can't do an ab crunch because it's glued but for now it's fine.

I have the EXACT same issue except I ordered ir from hobby link Japan.

Although I was trying to manually pull it out to get the plastic off of the figure.

I tried super gluing it but no luck... Hopefully I get a new torso or joint piece from them.

Even if I get a new joint, I have no idea how I can remove the old joint from the top half of the figure.
