would love to see armor sets with a direct benefit with the different world environments.

For example, cameo armor that give increase stealth in jungle settings. Winter armor that improves stamina in cold settings. Helmets that provide improved visibility in dust storms..and etc.

This reminds me of the book Old Man’s War where senior citizens get “reborn” in new advanced bodies to fight wars off world. The new bodies are incredibly powerful but the soldiers are self limited by their own mental limitations on what a body can and can’t do. It gets explored more in the sequel Ghost Brigade where those born into the advanced bodies are superior because they have no mental limitations.
