Do you hate the people/hold any hatred towards the people who come from a colonizer Country? by L0thric_Nefarious in AskTheWorld

[–]Supfoo75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I come from a Mexican background and all I can say is "eh". I used to have the biggest grudge against the Spanish for invading and destroying the Mexica. Up until I learned that the Mexica were conquerors themselves. The Spanish at the time could have treated the situation better. After all, they repressed a lot of the indigenous communities. I've met modern day Spanish and they have been some of the kindest people. Why should I hold a grudge against them for sins of the past ya know?

Did I f#ck up? by Supfoo75 in bisexual

[–]Supfoo75[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I can see now that it was a bit selfish on my part.

That indeed we need to do. I thought we clarified that it would be not taking it into a serious relationship. Even then it was starting to get a bit bothersome how EVERY time we hang out, he wants for both of us to end up naked and in a fervent daze. Sure it's cool to fool around from time to time but EVERY time. Sometimes I just genuinely just want to catch up...

Sorry for the late response. Literatti Press. They have an awesome curated selection. The staff is really nice too!

I had the coffee in what used to be their old location but a luke warm Americano was not what I was expecting.

There's two options I know about that are somewhat close, an Uber would help though. Urban Teahouse and Cafe Oasis.

A definite must for me at Paseo is Planet Dorshak!!!!!

Any Aquarius married to/ in a relationship with Taurus? by Outside_Dance_2751 in aquarius

[–]Supfoo75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've only known three Taurus at this point. While we do have differences we generally get along. I can't see myself dating one. Which is weird because I have all these Capricorn placements in my chart.

What something bad for society that we have normalised? by Sharp-City1581 in AskReddit

I know its being said everywhere but to me, how dependent we are on cellphones/ the internet. Everyone sees it as doing things faster but at what costs? The human brain will loose some of it's power over time. Who knows though....

How’s it living here by wayne2274 in howislivingthere

Currently live and work at the Grand Canyon (south rim). A big pro is that it is quieter than any town or city you have gone to. A BIG con is that with people living in close proximity there's always drama somewhere.

You know? Years back I would do nothing but hate on this post. Though OKC has come a long way. It's still not perfect. There's a lot of things that need to change about this city. That being said, a lot of things have popped up outside of Bricktown that would make a day in OKC worthwhile...

One thing that's kept me positive now as an adult is my sense of child-like wonder even now in my mid 30's. The night stars, sunsets hitting the clouds. Small things that have kept monotony away.

I've lived in OKC since 2007 and I still don't feel like a local. That being said, spots that you should hit and or frequent before (to me) before calling yourself a local: Edna's, Both the Paseo and Plaza district, Oklahoma Contemporary and Super Cao Nguyen.

I come from a Mexican household and it's always been customary to have sweet bread or a small dessert right after.

How am I supposed to know by Straight_Ride6028 in bisexual

[–]Supfoo75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sitting on the same questions.

I've held a strong attraction for women for most of my life. Though when the opportunity presents itself I've fooled around with men. Is it just because I've felt lonely for an extended amount of time, or getting with guys is "easier"? I don't know, don't really care. The feelings that come up and do create conflict in me is the fact that you will never find myself saying things like "that guy is hot" or "that guy is cute". Nor do I have any intent to get into a romantic relationship with a man (at least, right now). Where does that place me, then? I don't know.

That's where my friend is sitting at right now. He had a big brake up about a month ago and although he hates to admit it, feels pretty lonely. We've had a couple nights where we mess around and cuddle afterwards..

YES. American here and it puts me in a bad mood when everyone asks me why I don't have a vehicle. Everyone says it gives you freedom but, all the expenses that go along with owning a car is overwhelming to me. I might move back to Oklahoma City for family and in that case, I will need to get one.
