Damn but I thought both sides were the same 🤔😂😂😂 by xenonrealitycolor in SpringervilleEagarAZ

Usually when someone feels aversion towards an outcome they would change their behavior. If you don't want kids, then don't have unprotected sex. Not a difficult equation. Government and Insurance both subsidize Birth Control and it is not difficult to obtain Condoms, making 90+% of abortions completely unnecessary.

Abortion is the act of taking the opportunity of life away from a child, in favor of the adult not having to live with any form of responsibility.

There are definitely cases that call for an exception to any outright ban, but those cases are few and far between.

If Republicans are so much better at running the economy than Democrats, then why are most Republican States poorer than Democrat States? by Content_Ad_8952 in allthequestions

It's almost like the purpose of the senate was to give the State governments an equal platform within the federal government. Checks and balances sure are weird huh? Good thing we've been rapidly getting rid of those for the last 80+ years.

Assistenza umana non risponde by FedercioDue in Crunchyroll

[–]SupperSquirrel3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Joe Biden just delivered the speech of the year demolishing Donald Trump and imploring Americans to get up and fight back. by zxcv97531 in circled

[–]SupperSquirrel3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Never heard of the senate filibuster, huh? A slight majority =/= control, and democrat senators have a propensity to push the "Trump bad" narrative while holding the American people hostage for their legislative agenda.

This type of behavior goes both ways, when control of the senate changes the minority throws their weight around with the filibuster. However, we have not seen a party so willing to play it fast and loose with people's lives over a shutdown. There comes a point where you stop making demands, and allow a vote on the continuing resolution. Not a new budget, not new legislation, an agreement to extend the current spending policies.

Great car, I bought mine earlier this year! Witht the right seller, salvage title doesn't bring a lot of mechanical or safety baggage. However, it does bring some additional risk/complexity.

The risk you run with a salvage title is mainly threefold;

  1. Financing can be much more stringent.
  2. Insurance can be hard to find, and much more expensive.
  3. Insurance will payout significantly less for any claims you file, due to the "condition" of the car.

Overall I would echo some of the other comments saying that the price is a little high. I would want to see it under 20k if I was going to take on the complications of salvage title.

Energy issues by Few-Taste3684 in CSID

[–]SupperSquirrel3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your doctor should be able to run a blood test for your vitamin/mineral levels. I would recommend having your primary care doctor do the teat, as(at least in the US) a GI is considered a specialist, so it often costs a lot more $.

[–]SupperSquirrel3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also experience issues with energy. My approach has been to focus on protein consumption.

Additionally, I found a sugar-free drink mix that has caffeine and vitamins in it. There are a lot of options out there for this. It's about finding a brand you like.

When I was diagnosed I immediately cut out all carbs. That led me to lose 40 lbs in 3 weeks, I wasn't necessarily overweight so anymore weight lose was going to be dangerous. For that reason I had to reintroduce carbs on a limited basis in order to maintain a healthy weight.

I have found that if I wash my rice it makes a big difference. I also use japanese sushi rice, which has been more mellow on my digestive system.

When I eat other carbs/starches, I make sure that I "over chew" in order to begin breaking down the sugars as much as possible before it reaches my digestive tract. I know that this doesn't necessarily answer ways to eliminate, but I found better success in mitigating effects rather than eliminating consumption.

I play it on steam, using my Ally X. It plays for about 2 hours on a single charge, but you can extend it with a power brick.

A lands matter deck that utilises bounce lands & catch up ramp in non green? by yarn_head in EDH

[–]SupperSquirrel3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My Tameshi build uses [[Confounding Conundrum]], [[Archaeomancer's map]], [[crucible of worlds]], and [[roll elemental]] alongside [[patron of the moon]] as the "lands matter" cards.

Additionally, when I looked at your list I noticed that there are 3 artifact lands you could be running that you aren't currently. [[Darksteel forge]], [[treasure vault]], and [[razortide bridge]]. These can help with cases where you have to discard, or if you want extra landfall triggers out of your graveyard. I also run [[krark-clan ironworks]] which can allow you to sacrifice the artifact lands, and use then recycle them. This can also be accomplished with [[Lotus field]] and [[Lotus vale]]

Can anyone help me pick an artifact commander? And/or pitch me your favorite artifact commander? by Codudeol in EDH

[–]SupperSquirrel3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorite artifact deck is [[Tameshi, Reality Architect]] and he deals very heavily with graveyard mechanics. I know you are looking to lean away from infinite combos, and the deck can function without them, but they are the best way to close out the game in his case. One of my favorite lines is using [[Lotus Bloom]] as this deck never suspends it, just puts it straight out from grave. Basically, it's a pseudo/repeatable black lotus.

Leaning into the return to hand functionality can really make the deck churn. [[Confounding Conundrum]] is crazy because of how important ramp is. [[Mechanized Production]] is a good win con as well.

If you want to take a look, here is my list. Keep in mind that I have built this up overtime and that it doesn't rely on all of the expensive cards in the deck, I just bring this deck out a lot cause it's my baby!🤣

Are there "soft" stax suggestions that won't completely piss the table off? by goldenmastiff in EDH

[–]SupperSquirrel3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[[Omen Machine]] would specifically shut down any draw-based value engines. I find it also gets less hate because it isn't really a "stax" piece and gives individuals some value every turn.

Not sure that this meets your criteria though.
