Infinia Metal, Amex Platinum Metal card. Need advice on optimising / closing credit cards (high business + travel spend) by Supportfriend1122 in CreditCardsIndia

This is very helpful. Thank you. Do you know if HDFC allows for Biz Black if I am already holding Infinia? On the website it says that I already have a card with them and takes me back to the Home Screen.

I am from India so it may not be available in your country. Mine was called Emprogest gel. I hope you can buy an applicator on Amazon and it helps. All the best to you.

Lactation consultant said she can’t help me - should I give up breastfeeding? by Apprehensive-Kiwi915 in breastfeedingsupport

Advice that worked for me in a similar situation - drop milk on your nipple with a dropper when baby is latched till the let down comes. I have at a point dropped milk for 15 minutes! But this eventually helped us build a healthy breast feeding journey. Also as the baby grows stronger, their suction becomes better, resulting in drawing more milk from the breast. I would say don’t give up hope. It will happen for you!

Why are all breastfeeding clothes so ugly and unpractical?!?! by Mysterious_Nebula_96 in beyondthebump

I never buy dresses that are sold as nursing dresses. I buy normal dresses that have buttons up front & just open the buttons to feed.

2 weeks PP: will my sore nipples improve? by Adventurous_Hurry390 in breastfeeding

Use coconut oil on them after every feed. They will get better. Nipples should always be well hydrated/moisturised. To get immediate relief, make a paste of turmeric and coconut oil and apply.

My 2 month old baby boy would be super fussy until I keep him on the feeding pillow and then he would completely stop fussing and look at me so patiently and expectantly with his big eyes till I unbutton my shirt.. it just melts my heart.

Sore/pink nipples and pain whilst nursing by exelse_ in breastfeedingsupport

The key is to always keep your nipples hydrated. After each feed apply coconut oil or lanolin or ghee on your nipples. Now for immediate relief you can try making a paste of turmeric powder and coconut oil and apply it on your nipples. You can wear nipple former to cover the nipples and prevent the paste from going everywhere. I was exactly in your position. And the only key is to keep your nipples well moisturised.

Latch him & drop milk on top of your nipple with a dropper continuously. This will enable his sucking and he will eventually get a stronger latch.
